"Pretty Consistent Selling Experience"
I’ve sold to Plato’s Closet a few times now, and honestly... the buying process has been consistent each time. They look at the condition, brands, and what’s actually in season, so I’ve gotten a better idea of what’s worth bringing in. They don’t take everything, of course, but it doesn’t feel random. When they pass on something, it usually makes sense. I also like being able to check platoscloset.com before I go... it saves me from guessing and just makes the whole process easier.

I’ve had a couple of refusals from them, they barely explained why. It kind of feels like they might be using some generic process or just not wanting to go into details, though I can’t say for sure. Either way, it’s frustrating when you’re left guessing what went wrong.

"Helpful Website and Smooth Store Visit"
I checked platoscloset before heading in, and everything I found there matched the store, including the hours, location, and selling info. That made the whole visit a lot easier. I also liked that the site explains the basics clearly, like what they buy and how the process works. Nothing felt confusing or out of date. Overall, it was a really smooth experience, and I’d give it 5 stars.

"Easy way to clear out clothes"
I brought a small bag of clothes into Platos Closet the offer was fair. They didnt take everything, which I kind of expected, but they told me why and paid me right there. It ended up being more than I thought Id get for stuff that was just sitting in my closet anyway. Super quick and easy, Id definitely go back.

"Quick and Easy Drop-Off"
I dropped off my clothes thinking I’d be stuck waiting forever, because that’s usually how these things go, right? But it actually moved quickly. The staff gave me a pickup time and it was pretty much right on the mark. Super easy overall, no big hassle at all.

"Consistent and Easy, Which I Appreciate"
I’ve been to a few different Plato’s Closet locations, i like that they all feel pretty much the same. I don’t have the patience to figure out a totally different setup every time I walk into one. The checkout is usually quick, the layout makes sense, and the staff has always explained the buy process clearly enough. It’s nice knowing what to expect instead of feeling like I’m starting from scratch at each store.

"Good Experience With a Used Hoodie"
I ordered a hoodie that was listed as gently used, that’s exactly what I got. No weird stains, no smells, no unexpected issues, just a solid hoodie in the condition they described. Based on this one order, I’d feel okay buying something used from them again.

"Pretty helpful support"
I had a question about my order. Nothing huge, just needed a little help. They got back to me faster than I thought they would, which was nice. I did have to explain the issue twice, so that part wasn’t perfect. But they were friendly about it. In the end, they helped me out.

"A Few Gems, but Check Carefully"
I had mixed feelings about the clothes here. I did find a really cute jacket that was in great shape, which felt like a win, but a couple of the shirts looked worn out in person. The prices seem fair enough, but i’d just take a close look at everything before buying so you don’t end up disappointed.

"The store was way more organized…"
The store was way more organized than I expected. I could actually find my size without digging through a disaster, and the racks weren’t a total mess like they are in some places. A few sections got a little crowded, but overall it was easy to shop. I’m blaming whoever runs this for making it way less stressful than I thought it would be. I’d definitely go back...

"Actually found cute stuff that fit"
I don’t usually get my hopes up with secondhand shopping online because the sizing can be all over the place, but Platos Closet surprised me. I found a pair of jeans and a jacket that fit really well, which felt like a small miracle because it’s usually just tiny sizes everywhere. The checkout was simple too, very efficient and satisfactory, lol. Anyway, I’m definitely going to check back again.
